Sweet Molly Ann

Jim and I knew that we wanted to get a dog before we decided to try for a baby.  We wanted to have plenty of time to train a puppy and bond with it before bringing an addition into the family.  We got Molly in April 2010, she was just 8 weeks old and the fluffiest, sweetest little Labradoodle I had ever seen.  She has quite a bit of sass, too, if I must be honest.  I call her Sassy Ann and Sassafrass a lot!  Since becoming pregnant with these 2 sweet boys, we comment all the time about how we can't wait to watch them discover and begin to laugh at her (she is a funny, funny girl), try to chase her when they become mobile and run around and play fetch with her in the back yard when they're big enough for that.  So many people told us that getting a puppy would be good training and I think they were right.  Other people have said that she'll be ignored and forgotten when the boys arrive.  I sure hope that doesn't happen and don't think it will.  She's our family, too, and we simply adore her!

She LOVED playing in the snow with Dad!
